Unlike the web-based client, the mobile app and the Windows One 10 integrated OneDrive application seem to work as usual. At the moment, the cause of the problem remains completely unclear. But apparently, this is a problem emanating from the servers of Microsoft. However, Microsoft recognized the error early on and, according to its own statement, is working hard on a solution so that users can use the service as quickly as possible without restrictions.
